The staff at this location are quite friendly, but there tends to be a long line during lunchtime. They prioritize online orders, which can slow things down. Unlike some other Chipotles that have a separate prep area for online orders, this one does not. Seriously, who the heck is in charge of managing this store?? So severely understaffed that I- a paying customer- had to look for a box of forks, open it and take them out for all the other paying customers. Whoever manages this store: have some self respect and get your act together. There?s trash bags on the floor, no ice on the machine, the whole place is falling apart! View all feedback.
