Upon arriving we were graciously shown to our seat and promptly asked if we wanted an aperitifs and from there service was on point. From the starter to the entree and dessert everything was beautiful presented and tasted amazing. The service was outstanding...the whole experience was wonderful!! I have written favourable reviews of the Parc Carola in the past, and went there again today. Something has gone very wrong somewhere. Awkward male waiter, and an appalling lunch d'affaires at 28 euros.The delicacy and finesse has been replaced post-Covid with ill-presented plates, notably a starter consisting of a great wedge of tourte, with soggy pastry and ill-defined contents resembling corned beef.
