I've seen all these negative reviews, but I haven’t had any bad experiences myself, and I don’t anticipate having any. I enjoy traveling 35 miles just for the donut holes and my iced coffee. Not a Dunkin person at all, but needed a quick caffeine infusion during shift. Ordered a hot chai tea latte which was just warm, and also tastes awful. Maybe I'm just used to the Starbucks one?
