After waiting over 45 FORTY-FIVE minutes, we asked for our money back and left. This franchise owner should be ashamed that this crew has to work so short-handed!!! People from the car line were coming in to ask for their orders OR to ask for items that were left out of their orders!! People were all surrounding the front counter......just to get something done.
