I went there at 11:00AM with my 6 vouchers of MetroDeal at hand. I asked the waiter how to use it and he said it had to be printed because they need a copy. What? It clearly states on the voucher no printing required. Then he said he is the only person there so I had to go to the ground floor to have it printed.
