After 2 visits in weeks for business the lift was still broken , reception staff was nowhere to be seen for 20 mins so had to wait to check in only to be told that she was multitasking, bar and restaurant staff very rude and made us uncomfortable, service with a smile NOT , the rooms r ok ,clean but not what they say they are , overall very disappointed for the price they charge .
