Lovely hotel nice and clean and food great Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Quiet

Unless there 's no where else, don 't stay here. The public areas have had a recent make over but this hotel is shabby and tired. I had a privilege room It has an empty fridge (not even a bottle of water) a window that doesn 't close and peeling paint. Can 't imagine what the others are like! The car park is huge, it has many flood lights but most do not work making it a very scary place at night. Rooms: 3

Friendly hotel. Attentive employees. I booked a room adapted for people with reduced mobility. The carpet does not allow the wheelchair to move. The wheelchair barely fits through the bedroom entrance door. The wheelchair does not fit in the bathroom. The entrance to the shower has a step. Hotel NOT recommended for people with reduced mobility. They shouldn't accept reservations ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ . They are not well equipped. Rooms: 4

Really nice Hotel. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Rooms were lovely, beds were flippin enormous! Freeview was available, but rather disappointed that radio couldn't be accessed. Apart from that, great. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 4

Massive carpark A warm welcome from reception All info given Long walk to the room Lift was out of order but the stairs were easy enough. Room was a good size as was the shower room Bed very comfortable Shower hot and powerful WiFi terrible needs a boost! Breakfast not included Evening meal was good plenty of choice and excellent value Location is on a busy road a few paths so ok for walks and running Would definitely stay again and recommend when in the area
