The food was okay but it depends on what you order. I had the steak and it was cooked perfectly to order. My sister ordered chicken and dumplings and it looked like it had been made hours earlier. What Hello doesn't like about Cracker Barrel Old Country Store:
I ordered the Grandma's Sampler, which usually includes bacon, sausage, ham, 2 eggs, 2 pancakes, and a choice of hashbrown casserole or fried apples, but I only had it with bacon. Unfortunately, the eggs were overcooked and the whites were rubbery (see photo) and quickly turned cold after being served. I couldn’t eat most of the eggs.
