I went to the Powell Rd location and I was sincerely impressed with the quality of service and the food. Not only did my food come out hot and fresh but the manager (I believe his name was JW) was so nice and accommodating when I had issues with my app and rewards. Will definitely be back whenever I need my spicy nugget fix! View all feedback.

Don’t go here!! Placed an online order pulled up to the window their computer systems were down. I pull up to the window they refused to look at my phone showing it was paid for and what the order was. I couldn’t sit around and wait forever. I had to leave… $9 wasted.
