Disappointing experience. The restaurant adds a mandatory 7% surcharge to all orders that goes to the establishment rather than the employees. This policy is not made at all clear, as it is in fine print on the bottom of the menu. After reading the small fine print, there is nothing to say it's mandatory, only that it's included.
