This restaurant is a rarity in the sense that they offer their own beer (I'd recommend the "Helles" and not so much the all too light in taste "Dunkles"). The dishes are quite normal Franconian ones, so nothing new there. We had the "Haxe", which was excellent, and "Spanferkelrolle" which was overcooked and dry.
