We were first timers and the galley behind the counter was very sweet and patient with us. Soup options are crazy! Not only do they have over 100 options (12 different are shared daily) but at least 50% of them were gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan and milk-free. I love Zoup. This place was lazy. The soup bags were all crusty. I took my soup that looked the least disgusting on the sides. Poor staff. Management needs to take her work more seriously. If I was out of the company and saw the conditions? We would have a lot of discussions. Needs a better representation. I was in a few Zoups, and I'm not going back to Portage. View all feedback.
