Zoup! - Portage

As first-time visitors, we were warmly welcomed by the staff behind the counter, who were incredibly sweet and patient. The variety of soup options is astounding! They have over 100 different soups, with 12 new selections available each day, and more than half of them are gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, and dairy-free. To top it off, they offer complimentary samples of everything! I'm a fan of vegan dishes, and I tried the tomato and black bean chili. The black bean chili is definitely the standout! I also tasted the broth bowl with lemon-roasted vegetables, which was the best vegetable broth I've ever had. We have officially added this wonderful place to our favorites and highly recommend it for both the experience and quality. It's a must-try!

The food here is outstanding. It's one of my favorite places to dine. Everything I've ordered has been both delicious and fresh. Plus, the staff is always friendly.

I love Zoup. This place was lazy. The soup bags were all crusty. I took my soup that looked the least disgusting on the sides. Poor staff. Management needs to take her work more seriously. If I was out of the company and saw the conditions? We would have a lot of discussions. Needs a better representation. I was in a few Zoups, and I'm not going back to Portage.

Took my wife to zoups in portage.Was our fist time trying this establishment. I have to say we were very disappointed. The lobster bisque tasted old. The chicken potpie soup tasted like a water downed corn chowder also very little taste. The sandwiches were all bread nothing to the meat or subway style beacon. For the price we will not be back.The service was the reason for 2 stars. They were very helpful. But the food was terrible.
