I want to compliment Scott at the Port Charlotte location. I accidentally picked up the wrong to go lunch. I didn't realize that until I got to my destination. I called to let them know what happened. Scott was so gracious and said they would take care of it. Asked if I wanted to pick up my order later. When I went in, Scott replaced my entire order.
