I want to compliment Scott at the Port Charlotte location. I accidentally picked up the wrong to go lunch. I didn't realize that until I got to my destination. I called to let them know what happened. Scott was so gracious and said they would take care of it. Asked if I wanted to pick up my order later. When I went in, Scott replaced my entire order. This place! Run down , carpets are filthy, place smells like burned cheese and bread! Only one out of 3 registers are open and there is a big Sunday morning crowd backed up to the door! So I just take a seat and observe how slow the line is and dit here and rate this place! View all feedback.
Great Panera location. Food is better than in the next town. Well organized, clean, friendly. The management here could teach the North Port location a lot!!

Is it normal that Panera stops serving food 30 minutes before closing?
Broken order kiosk, dirty dining room, out of stock on basic ingredients, and a staff that’s lost hope… sad really
Filthy floors and tables,screaming kids,need more variety of foods and more vegan options,please…really love DAWN….Will walk out of any restaurant with loud,screaming,disrespectful,spoiled kids!!!!
