the drinks here are probably my favorites in the city, but the customer service never makes me almost half the time back. I probably have a good experience 1 of every 4 times I'm here. some of the girls are so nice and then I'll get someone who seems angry that I even harass them. I've been working for 3 years in a coffee shop I don't understand what's so hard to get a decent job that wants to support their business. View all feedback.
This restaurant has absolutely terrible customer service. I love the coffee at java in Blackfoot, Idaho, where I never encounter any issues. The workers at this restaurant are the worst and it seems like nothing is ever done about it. I often see complaints from customers about how poorly they are treated, and yet every time I visit, I experience a problem. Today, when I tried to explain that my drink was incorrect, the employee was extremely rude, argumentative, and even hit me in the face when I said I wouldn't argue with her. I will never return to this place. I hope the owner takes action and hires staff who excel in customer service.
I got a diet red rush, when they asked what flavors I wanted I asked them to surprise me. It was really good and it was a surprise haha the lady who took the order face kinda lit up it was funny I'd def recommend them. The location I was at was the one in Pocatello.
I was a Starbucks guy but never enjoyed it in the truest sense. I don't like bitter coffee, or burning hot coffee. But I didn't know where else to go until I ran into these guys. I am never looking back again.Coffee here is the right temperature for a warm hugging large gulp on a cold morning just the way I like it. Right bitterness, right sweetness. Just enough to give you that jolt in the morning.If you are like me, give this a try. I recommend their white caramellow coffee. You will want to come back again and again. I know I will.
Coffee was great but wasnt made the way I had asked, I tipped 5$ and they gave me three bagels all smooshed. very dissatisfied.
