We’ve been going to Pasta y Basta since their earliest days. Anytime we’re in the area, we HAVE to go! After traveling throughout Italy last year for a month, we can honestly say that Chef Christian’s fresh pasta and his dishes are as good as, if not better than, we found in Italy.
