We’ve been going to Pasta y Basta since their earliest days. Anytime we’re in the area, we HAVE to go! After traveling throughout Italy last year for a month, we can honestly say that Chef Christian’s fresh pasta and his dishes are as good as, if not better than, we found in Italy. Cada vez que visito este lugar, me gusta más el servicio y la comida es súper deliciosa. Una de mis cosas favoritas, además de la sangría, es la pizza margarita.
Excelente ambiente y comida deliciosamente exquisita; muy recomendable si están en Rosarito o de paso.
Amazing you have to go, they are closed on Mondays. I will try their whole Menu until I can pick a favorite, I had the squid ink risotto... amazing... the spinach ravioli, delicious... the pizza... delicious.. I am always stoked when you find a new favorite restaurant..
Three in our party dined at PYB this evening. We decided to try the special of the week—squid ink pizza crust topped with smoked salmon, arugula and ricotta cheese. Sounds a little bizarre, doesn’t it? Well, think again, it was super delicious! The flavorful chewy crust and creamy ricotta flavors were offset by the spiciness of the arugula and the mild saltiness of the smoked salmon. Yum, yum, yum! The three of us partook of this special pizza and we all loved it. Kudos to Chef Cristian who introduced another creative dish from his repertoire of fine cooking.
Excelente lugar, comida deliciosa y el personal muy amable. Lo recomiendo sin dudar.
