La Cabana is in Platte City directly across from the court house on the downtown square. They have wonderful authentic Mexican food. Best salsa and food this side of the river. What TiaM doesn't like about La Cabana:
Waited 45 minutes which is unusual for a Mexican restaurant. We waited over 10 minutes to get chips and water and then when our food finally came, we all took one bite. The rice was hard and the rest of the food was cold. We will never eat at this restaurant again health department will be called for food that is not heated properly to the correct temperature.
