La Cabana is located in Platte City, right across from the courthouse on the downtown square. They serve incredible authentic Mexican cuisine, with the best salsa and food on this side of the river. Additionally, they offer a wide selection of top-quality sodas imported directly from Mexico. What TiaM doesn't like about La Cabana:
Waited 45 minutes which is unusual for a Mexican restaurant. We waited over 10 minutes to get chips and water and then when our food finally came, we all took one bite. The rice was hard and the rest of the food was cold. We will never eat at this restaurant again health department will be called for food that is not heated properly to the correct temperature.
