What Robin Grüll likes about Urban Crust:
The pizza was fantastic. However the first and second floors were sold out for the whole night . We were told there was seating on the third floor but they weren 't aware of if they had seats open or not. What William B doesn't like about Urban Crust:
Ordered black and bleu pizza to-go, then decided once we got there to eat there, well we were told we couldn't do that. That's not acceptable! More to the storyline, like the very rude hostess, and her inept understanding of how to treat customers as well as not understanding the guidelines set for the restaurant, the server upstairs understood and she was fantastic lower downstairs hostess ,.I didn't catch her name...
