For some reason this panera doesn't give you the option to dine in when ordering your food at the kiosk. They have the tables and everything but they gave me my order to go. I ended up eating there anyways, but other paneras give you plates and silverware when you dine in. Food still was good. View all feedback.

I’m used to Panera being warm and cozy with comfortable seating. We walked in and I couldn’t find what I wanted on the kiosk. I won’t be coming again. They serve the food in bags even if you’re eating there. The room was cold on a cold day. People weren’t around relaxing and enjoying a slow Friday morning. Please don’t do this to another Paneras.
