At a recently renovated KFC location, patrons have experienced a mixed bag of service. While the updated decor and crispy potato wedges have garnered praise, long wait times and order discrepancies mar the experience. Customers have reported delays up to an hour, unresponsive staff, and cold food upon arrival. Some staff members demonstrated kindness and professionalism, especially in rectifying issues, but dissatisfaction remains prevalent due to poor managerial oversight and inattentive service. Despite the challenges, a few positive interactions hint at potential improvements, leaving some hopeful for a better experience in the future.
We had an issue with our order. It was givin to another car and we had to wait so long, but the manager was awesome! The way she handled the whole situation especially with my tough self being hangry and frustrated the food was great spot on.
Dine in is closed due to short staffing. Long line at drive thru. But it went fast and order was correct so no problems.
The line to drive thru was a wait. But employee on speaker was friendly and professional. Food was good. Would of gave 5 stars, however the breast was on the dry side. Won't stop me from going back though.
This place seems to get worse everytime I go back. Ordered the Crispy chicken boxes. The order comes with 2 sides and a drink. They didn't have sweet tea and I asked to substitute green beans and corn for coleslaw. That ended up being the best thing inthe box and the macaroni. One box was missing and item, the chicken was ok but the way it was made??! I'm including pictures soyou can see how someone just put a dollop of mayo and no pickles were added. I can understand if they were busy but there was 1vehicle in the drive thru ahead of me and 1 in the parking lot. Aside from the food the customer service is horrible. The peoplethat work there act like they don't care, they don't greet you or even thank you. Needless to say I won't be going back. 2 starsfor the green beans and Mac n cheese that was got and delicious
Update: they remodeled and it?s nice! I enjoy KFC, and this restaurant serves their updates menu. But the building itself is kind of run down, and hasn?t had an update in at least 10 years. The parking lot is also really small. That being said, thestaff is really nice. They also accept Apple Pay.
