The restaurant offers a traditional French dining experience with a warm and welcoming staff. The menu features dishes with lots of butter and cream, but the cold Bouillabaisse was promptly corrected by the gracious restaurant. Despite some issues with overbooking and wait times, the overall experience was positive, especially for Sunday brunch. The food, service, and atmosphere were highly praised, with highlights including French toast, short ribs, and a martini. While prices are on the high side, many guests found the cost worth it for the exceptional food and service. Overall, PM is a top-tier dining destination with excellent customer-focused staff and delicious offerings, making it a place that many patrons plan to return to for special occasions.
What Tony Joris likes about Paris 66 Bistro:
We were a party of four and we started fairly early around 6. We ordered appetizers: snails, paté, steak tartare and all were delicious. I particularly enjoy the garlic dose from the escargots! Entrées included filet mignon (nice pepper sauce), tri-tip steak (generous portion): everything was on point and delicious. The waiter was pleasantly chatty in a Pittsburgh manner: attentive but not overly so. View all feedback.

We loved the chewy... View all feedback.
