The restaurant was not busy yet the service was terrible. Twice I needed to look for our server for the items we ordered.
My experience at The Collins was unfortunately very underwhelming. What we expected to be an over the top dinner, unfortunately became an overpriced and under seasoned meal.
The restaurant offers delicious food and cocktails, fantastic service, and I will certainly come back again.
The appetizers were delicious and beautifully presented. We enjoyed the artichokes and Brussels sprouts.
