I struggled writing this review because there isn’t words that can fully describe the experience of dining at persepshen. The service, the food, the atmosphere is beyond EXCEPTIONAL every single time! They never disappoint! The quality of their ingredients is by far the BEST in the city! Each dish is crafted with love and plated in the most unique way! My favorite part is that their menu changes frequently so you can always expect something new! I love their gnocchi, burgers, their crushed potatoes are phenomenal, and desert is a absolute MUST! You just really need to come and experience it for yourself 10000000/10
So good!! Everything we ordered was delicious but our favorites were pork chop and scallops. It was hard to decide what to get because everything on the menu looked amazing. Can’t wait to go back and try more things. We also loved sitting at the bar and watching the staff working in the kitchen. Everything is so beautifully presented. And the fact that they care about quality of meat, produce, oils they cook in makes it that much better. Love this place!
I have been wanting to try this restaurant for awhile now since seeing post from a friend Facebook page. Unfortunately I was a little disappointed! The appetizer and jalapeños Margaritas were delicious but both of our entrees were salty. The service was great through! Would I go there again, probably not.
This place is Mis Percepshen This was a birthday dinner. Looking at the menu beforehand and this place looked great. The food and service however were another story. We got there on time for 6:15pm reservations. When we got a chance to order I wanted to order the duck, but they were out already. I then ordered their version of beef wellington which as dry aged 90-day filet minion with caramelized onion and pate with a puff pastry with a Bordeaux sauce. The food came out an hour later. The puff pastry was a cup shaped overcooked hard mess. The filet was string and gamey and the texture was off. It was one of the worst representations of beef wellington I had ever seen or tasted. My expectations were high beause the dish was priced above $80.00. I ordered the short rib ravioli and it was overcooked on the edges and with same sinewy beef. The server was not apologetic and looked puzzed why I did not like either dish that and the fact the food took an hour to get to us did not give me a great birthday experience. If there were half stars I would give it. The wine was good. A pretentious little place that does not deliver
Fully sustainable does work. The menu rotates on a weekly basis depending on what is available from the arizona farms. We went for a closed door chef led event and absolutely loved each well planned and executed dish. The scallops are flown in daily, the beef is from an az ranch and is dry aged a minimum of 90 days. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves great atmosphere, awesome service and incredible food. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $50–100
