Had such an amazing experience with the best service from Joseph! The Brussels sprouts were everything you hoped and the mushroom sausage pizza had the best flavor. The best part was the Tres Leches cake for dessert! Will definitely be returning with friends family. Joseph was also very knowledgeable about the Scottish salmon it?s fjord origins :

Cool energy, pretty good service. Wine selection is pretty basic, wish beer selection had a darker choice. Food below average. Rottisseri chicken was overcooked..even the knife couldn't cut it. But the basting sauce used had a nice sweetness to it. Broccolini underdone by a mile. Even weirder was the hard pad of herbed butter on top. The broocilini wasn't hot so the butter didn't melt and it wasn't spreadable. Pretty lazy attempt at a dish with promise.

We took advantage of Restaurant Week to visit Collins Small Batch Kitchen for the first time. We're glad we did. The restaurant is attractive with comfortable seating and a casual atmosphere. The service was excellent and our meals were delicious. We'll be back when the weather cools to enjoy patio dining.

Happy Hour options are great! All of our food was delicious and came out quickly . However, we did seem a little rushed by two separate waiters that tried to clear out our plates when we were not done. I would definitely be back and try again.

We loved the vibe. The booths and tables are great. Food was excellent. Brussels sprouts are quite amazing! Love the King Burger and the short rib. We?ll be back. Updating this review in June 2022. We have been back several times and continue to enjoy the food, service and vibe. We don't usually like pizza with a white sauce but took a chance on the sausage and mushroom and found it quite excellent.
