At this Subway location, multiple guests report consistently poor customer service marked by inattentive, unfriendly staff who seem disengaged and slow, even when the store is empty. Orders are mishandled, with incorrect sandwich portions and billing errors. Communication is lacking, with no greetings or farewells, and staff appear indifferent to customer needs. Additionally, coupon policies seem inconsistent, detracting further from the experience. Overall, patrons express frustration and disappointment, leading many to seek alternatives nearby rather than return to this outlet.

What User dislikes about Subway:
The staff at this restaurant was rude on several occasions and frequently displayed eye-rolling behavior. Having worked in the food industry myself, I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, their attitude did not seem to improve. I think I’ll look for better service elsewhere. View all feedback.
I've never had any issues. Just a small note: I sometimes forget my wallet at school, which is why I might not always pay. Thank you!
This location apparently doesn't accept coupons as of now, even though they did last week? Oh well- if you have a coupon, go to the location across the street at AZ Center. If not, there are about 10 places in the immediate vicinity where you can get much better meal for $12. This previously loyal customer won't be back.
This subway location has really declined. The portion sizes are small, and if you request a little extra, they inform you it costs more—and they can be quite snarky about it. On top of that, the service is extremely slow. It seems they rely on the university traffic and don't feel the need to improve their operations. I won’t be returning anytime soon.
Fast service, delicious subs and now small side salads for $1.99! I love Subway, and this place is one of my favorites!
