I was here several times. Always clean and friendly. The food is always fresh and delicious! I did a star because the coffee drinks, while also delicious, are very inconsistent in strength. Sometimes they are perfect and on my last visit the Iced Mocha Latte tasted my mom as if it had a double shot of espresso and my frozen caramel was also quite strong. Panera Bread is MY Favorite! I visited this restaurant during the busy lunch rush before heading to surgery. There was a 25-minute wait for food, which was going to make it difficult for me to eat anything within the 15-minute window before my surgery. However, the manager on duty was understanding and promptly provided me with soup broth so that I could eat before the cut-off time. I was truly grateful for his kindness and willingness to assist me during a stressful time. Thank you.
Service was more friendly at the Panera that other Panera Bread Locations I have been too.
