As a chef of many years, I am particular about my food, and I admit I can be critical of new places I go to. I heard a lot of good things about this place, so I made the drive from San Tan Valley and ordered a few slices, and this is the best cheesecake I have ever had. Absolutely fantastic, I will be back!
