The burrito was tasty, but it was on the smaller side. I have been ordering the same thing every time for years now. I will start ordering takeout from now on.
The steak burrito bowl had large chunks of really tough steak. The order ended up in the garbage. Their fish tacos are delicious!
That was my favorite chip shop until tonight. I placed an online order and went to pick it up, but my order wasn't ready, which wasn't a big deal. The lady at the register told the person in front of me that my order was ready, but when the person in front of me said "NO one CARES", they realized I was standing there and calmed down. We all have tough shifts, but they could have at least waited to talk until after serving paying customers in line.
Is it that difficult for the employees to say Hi! Welcome in! I 'll be right with you instead of ignoring the customer for 5 minutes. Also, if the employee is wearing a mask, please speak loudly enough that the customer can hear you. I have tinnitus andif someone is speaking so softly, then I can 't hear you above the ringing in my ears. Basically the food was good but thecustomer service is lacking.
We like Chipotle. Sometimes the chips are stale. Not always. And they make your choices rushed. The last time we were there, the young lady was in rushing so fast she screwed up my husband's choices Twice and had to remake. Music is too loud. All inall...Good food.
