Pina Colada

Piña colada moist pineapple cupcake infused with coconut and pineapple liqueur topped with a coconut buttercream (optional toasted or dyed coconut flakes), fresh coconut vodka soaked pineapple wedge, maraschino cherry and a shot of coconut vodka.

Lemon Drop Martini

Lemon vodka infused vanilla cake filled with lemon curd, topped with vanilla buttercream, lemon zest, and a candied lemon wedge.

Bananas Foster

We made these cupcakes with fresh bananas, infused vanilla; baked them to perfection and then topped them with a vanilla buttercream drizzled in caramel and topped with banana chips.
