Thirty years ago, my wife and I went to this establishment on the same date to celebrate our 5th anniversary. It was a memory that stayed in our memory. This place hasn't changed since, and I can say I've made some trips. I think we're going to go back very quickly. Super hotel, great meals and most charming staff. The Hostellerie de Pérouges offers a charming setting in the heart of the medieval village. The food is delicious and the service is particularly outstanding. The kindness of the owners, as well as that of the staff, adds an extra touch that will make us eager to return to this excellent restaurant.
