Subway
Description
At this bustling Subway location, the astounding dedication of young staff members contrasts sharply with management shortcomings. One tireless employee stood out, expertly handling orders amid overwhelming demand, yet he lacked crucial support and recognition from management. Customers expressed frustration over early closures and poor customer service, which marred what could have been an enjoyable dining experience. Mixed feedback highlighted the contrasts between the hardworking staff and questionable management decisions, leaving patrons yearning for improved oversight and a more balanced workload. Ultimately, the commitment of the employees shines brightly, underscoring the need for better managerial support to ensure an excellent customer experience.

The employees at this restaurant are fantastic, but unfortunately, the management is lacking. It breaks my heart to see a young man working tirelessly alone after 6 o'clock. The management seems unaware of the situation and needs to better support their staff—either by being more present or hiring additional help. It's unfair to expect a few young employees to manage the business on their own, even if they do an amazing job! A shoutout to the hardworking young man who managed everything so well while constantly on the move. He truly deserves recognition!
I went first on the drive. Nobody ever answered me while I was sitting there for 10 minutes. So I went in and ordered. a man was behind the counter that ignored me. he said he was too busy taking my order. I ordered an salate anyway because I had starved. will never be back again. terrible customer service.
There is only one person who works, I wait more than an hour for her to give me the green food, very bad service
It seems like the owner is the only one working there, and he does an incredible job, especially during busy times. He consistently gets our orders right (which typically include five different sandwiches) and has a friendly demeanor. Thank you for rescuing our dinner the other night!
I told the manager and the worker that her wives toilet door hits the side of my face really hard and maybe a warning or something because it closes hard and fast. neither coworkers recognized me or anything I said when I told them twice. my face is red and swollen and it hurts, thank you for not even saying something and only staring at me when I mentioned it.
