Didn't realize there was a lunch offering menu until after we ordered. Server/Host said that he presents lunch menu only upon request. I understand this practice maximizes revenue/profits, but doesn't seem to be a good practice from my perspective. Food is very expensive for portion size; don't plan on patronizing in the future.
