Extremely friendly staff. They are in a high traffic area so it gets VERY busy in the morning and mistakes do sometimes happen but they fix it quickly with a smile and I enjoy stopping there on my way to work. Lots of great people there. There is a dunks closer to my house (of course, we are in New England), but this location really strives to make it right.
