We live about 25 miles away, but often make the trek to eat here. There are a lot of other places that make something they claim is Poutine , but somehow they screw up the gravy or cheese. Not here. The Authentic is the best poutine I 've had outside of Quebec! Crispy fries, squeaky cheddar cheese curds, amazing Brown gravy. Mmmmm.
