Ordered two malts....medium....that's it. 27 minutes. Poor girl behind the counter was doing drive thru and trying to make orders....she asked for a coworker to help 3 times and was blatantly ignored. There were 6 employees and some dude in the back by the food prep area that snapped a photo of something. Looked like he changed into work clothes there behind the counter?
