Braum's Ice Cream Dairy Store - Parsons

Customers were waiting for long periods at the register, and nobody was taking the orders. When we finally got to order and were given our number, 3 orders that were after our number and had larger meals than us got their food. We went to the counter and waited till someone noticed us and asked politely how much longer. It turns out that our order was skipped and they had to cook it and get it ready. While we waited for our food to cook, a whole family had been waiting at the counter to order for at least 20 minutes and nobody went to them to get their orders in. It was busy at the drive through, not sure if that was the distraction or just that nobody was fully in charge. Dina , who was watching over the grocery part was the only person who seemed with it. She was cleaning the tables and taking out trash helping people check out groceries.

Ordered two malts....medium....that's it. 27 minutes. Poor girl behind the counter was doing drive thru and trying to make orders....she asked for a coworker to help 3 times and was blatantly ignored. There were 6 employees and some dude in the back by the food prep area that snapped a photo of something. Looked like he changed into work clothes there behind the counter? Another employee on the phone around food prep area. Fyi Braums employees...there's mirrors. Needless to say...most likely done going there.

Young ladies in drive thru were very courteous and I enjoyed my experience. Emily D. was in back drive not sure the name of the lady in front drive. 3-8-24

Always enjoy going to Braum's for a cheeseburger and ice cream.

I received the smallest single dip of ice cream in quite a while but it was still good.
