A wonderful experience! The dishes are original and make you travel throughout the meal. Not to mention a meticulous and relaxed service that corresponds to the chief’s image. We took the night flight menu. Delightful cuisine inventive and creative A special mention for the revisiting of the fish and mafé attracting real pleasure and an explosion of flavors at the time of dessert with the chocolate ganache at the wasabi Chef Mory! It's good but too expensive for a 1-star restaurant. The evening menu is €240, which isn't justified. On the other hand, the restaurant is very attractive and the menu is unusual (so it's difficult to please everyone).
We were eager to discover this young chef's cuisine, and we weren't disappointed. His dishes blend French, African, and Japanese flavors with incredible creativity. Unfamiliar yet amazing spices, surprising yet perfectly balanced combinations. Each dish is a burst of flavor. The young chef lives up to his reputation: talented, inspired, and generous in his work. A true gem.
