Although it can be challenging when customers watch their food being prepared, I suggest gradually increasing the spice level only when requested. Additionally, please make sure to offer water or a glass of water when a customer asks for it, and remember to charge them accordingly, not just for a large bottle of water. Ordered 4 Sandwiches for pick up (to be picked up by a relative). They only ended up giving me 3. I called back and the manager Jonathan had the audacity to tell me either I can go drive back to go pick it up (15 min drive from home) or get a refund but ONLY if I return one of the other sandwiches because I used a BOGO offer.
