Capri Ristorante is an authentic Italian kitchen in Chicago, Illinois, offering high-quality Italian dishes in a simply decorated space adorned with candles and paintings of Italy's vineyards and hills. The menu is full of delicious classics, such as rigatoni arrabiata with spicy sauce and prosciutto, linguini con cozze with steamed mussels, and tantalizing desserts like cannoli and chef-made tiramisu.
What Collegeworks likes about Capri:
The waitstaff were incredibly friendly, and the food was exceptional. I ordered the portobello ravioli with Italian sausage and spinach in a brandy sauce, and it was the best ravioli I've ever tasted! I didn't have dessert, but I appreciated the generous pour of wine; most places offer just 4 oz. and charge a premium, but not Capri. It's a lovely and inviting restaurant, perfect for a great meal. What Renee Ruano doesn't like about Capri:
Kitchen was closing at 2 o'clock and they rude and ignorant telling us we have to order real fast because the kitchen was going to close . It' seemed like they all had a little attitude. There were other people eating they did tell us we could sit and eat after we order but we still felt rushed to get out. Remember the customer's always right and if it wasn't for your customers you wouldn't be out of business. View all feedback.
