2 Spring - OYSTER BAY

What Matt I likes about 2 Spring:
2 Spring is a great upscale date night location. Went on a brisk fall evening, sat indoors, staff was attentive and informative on the menu and wine. Ambiance and lighting was top notch, seating was a little tight for my liking but the room absorbed sound quite well, great music. I had the Pork Cordon Bleu, Rosted mushrooms, date ordered sea scallops, bucatini clams. All as expected, I absolutely loved the mushrooms and am hoping the chef can add in morel's and other delicious items as the seasons change. Chocolate at the end was a nice touch. Thank you for an incredible night and experience.

What Chad R doesn't like about 2 Spring:
Beautiful place, food, and drinks were excellent (with an exception of an undercooked pork chop), service was subpar for the price point. Unfortunately will not likely be returning as they were too inattentive and slow. I understand our waitress was covering most tables and staffing is an issue most places, however a place that is trying to be a certain caliber should always ensure adequate staffing.
