This was our first time visiting Firehouse Subs. We placed our order and found the subs to be delicious. Unfortunately, they forgot to include pickles on both sandwiches and the meatball sub was missing the spice. We didn't realize this until we got home. It was disappointing to have to go back and check our order before leaving the store. This should not have happened. View all feedback.

Terrible service I had a 30 minute lunch and I work right next to the place! Spent 25 minutes waiting for a sandwich and I just had to leave so I wouldn’t be late back to work 10/10 will tell anyone to not go there period. And this isn’t the first time this has happened !
