We visited here yesterday and on our order we had a double-square fee plus several other meals. We have all the way home and went to eat and the patties were still raw! I contacted the manager and they will replace the order, but we had gone all the way home so that a family member who had something else to eat had to repair to stop us from going all the way back there.
