The only local Subway no longer accepts the coupons that are sent out in the mail. They don’t inform you of this until your order is ready. What was supposed to be a $17 meal ended up costing $50, and they still expect a tip. I will not be returning here again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Watched the 2 girls behind counter continuously short customers on the meat after we noticed ours was considerably lighter than the last time we had the same sandwiches at a different location. An older gentleman who came in after us actually called them on it, but the ringleader didn’t care. She didn’t even bat an eye. It was obvious she was bullying the other girl into whatever scam she’s pulling. I have been a loyal Subway patron for years because the food was consistently fresh and of a certain quality, regardless of the quality of service, no matter the location they were in. The food was definitely fresh and editable. But this is the first time I felt it necessary to say anything about the service because I found this particular racket unacceptable and possibly abusive.
They have hidden half the sandwich stuff, that was the appeal of subway to watch them make it. And the tattooed worker has an attitude when you ask a question. She is better off in Vegas at that restraint that insults you.. and the other staff repeatedly asks what you want after you tell em what you want.. ie I want a foot long turkey sub on Italian bread. them 6in or foot long... what bread...... what kinda of sandwich do you want........ The ice has mold built up in it. The food goes bad and still gets put on the line. This place is just disgusting and needs to get things straight. The boss is sweet. But the manager is just rude. Disrespectful. If you are looking for a job you can’t trust anyone and it’s all one sided. You’ve come to the right place. Will never work at a subway ever again. Worst experience of my life. I deep clean than get told nothing was done. While the manager goes to Safeway 5 times, sits out back smoking, and won’t help with customers. They’ll pile up dishes while I’m cleaning and than tell me to do them when I haven’t touched one dish.
