I bought online by mistake at lakeunder hil, I called them several times to cancel and they didn't respond. 2 hours later they called asking if I would pick up the order, I told them that I would like a refund that was purchased by mistake at that location. Which tells me that they will not wait when I want to withdraw the order. 0 resolution.
