On our way home from cottage country we stopped in to McCabes for breakfast and found out there was a buffet (instead of their menu) which had everything I wanted and more (not as extensive as their Sunday brunch but still a nice selection). The waitress said we could order eggs any style if we didn't want the scrambled in the buffet. My husband didn't fancy the buffet so asked if they could do him some eggs benedict... Went for breakfast, very limited menu, the roof was leaking the benches are all ripped and cracked and the place was not clean at all. Got coffee while trying to look at the menu and the cream has gone bad. That was the tipping point, no chance I'm risking eating in this place! View all feedback.

Got in late to the Highwayman and we wanted a bite to eat so we walked over to the restaurant attached. They advertise for their burgers in the hotel room, so I got one expecting it was homemade beef patty, but it was just a frozen patty, greasy, nothing special. The good thing was it was Open mic-entertainment was more enjoyable than the food.
