(6-8-23 10:32am) Purposely ignored at front counter by short woman with curly hair. She did it twice and actually skipped me. Big thanks to the nice Hispanic man who finally saw me standing there to hand me my bag. Really hate to complain, but it looked blatant. Bagels delicious as always!!(3-5-23) Just picked up a few bagels and it was probably the best bagel I ever had!! They need to have a line/sign for “pick up only”, but the quality will make you forgot that minor inconvenience fast.
