First thing I want to say is I love Chick-fil-A !!!! My dad and I went through the drive through to grab some food and the service was awesome as always.. I don't know where you get these people but you apparently are very selective and you do a great job with whom you hire! There’s an older black lady who is either a manager or supervisor(black shirt) and she’s hands down the rudest. I’ve experienced her in the drive thru and dine in. Recently did dine in and when I went up to the register she was busy on her phone and quick to grab another employee who was already busy with a task. Drive thru is no better her attitude is very poor especially for what chick fil a’s standard is. View all feedback.
